A longtime member of the Texarkana community, Jade understands the importance of building strong, lasting relationships with the people she serves. She brings patience, compassion, and a personal approach to every customer interaction.
 
Outside of work, Jade enjoys spending time with her husband of 18 years and their two daughters, who keep life full of laughter and adventure. She is proud to serve the community she calls home and loves helping local families turn their homeownership dreams into reality.

Kim Holcomb

With 19 years of experience in mortgage lending, Kim Holcomb brings both knowledge and a personal touch to helping customers achieve their homeownership goals. She specializes in Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA loans and is committed to making the financing process as smooth, understandable, and stress-free as possible.
 
Kim began her banking career at age 22 as a drive-thru teller and has worked in several areas of banking throughout her career. She eventually found her passion in mortgage lending, where she loves helping customers find the financing option that best fits their needs. Kim is also actively involved in her community and was honored as the Atlanta Area Chamber of Commerce Gold Crest Delegate of the Year.
 
Outside of work, Kim enjoys gardening, singing at church, traveling, and spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter. She also loves decorating her 1800’s wagon for the holidays and creating seasonal outfits for her porch goose. If there’s a holiday to celebrate, chances are Kim, her wagon, and her porch goose are ready for it!

Nicole Raley

With more than 25 years of experience in mortgage lending, Nicole Raley serves as Vice President of Mortgage Operations at Farmers Bank & Trust, where she leads the mortgage team and is passionate about helping families achieve their homeownership goals.
 
A longtime member of the Texarkana community, Nicole has served with numerous local organizations, including the United Way of Greater Texarkana, Texarkana Home Builders Association, American Heart Association, Texarkana Board of Realtors, and Texas A&M University–Texarkana Alumni Association. Her involvement reflects her commitment to giving back and strengthening the community she calls home.
 
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband of 26 years, Cody, their two young adult children, Gabe and Grace, and their Bichon, Ollie. With Gabe a University of Arkansas graduate and Grace attending Texas A&M University, their family is officially a house divided and looking forward to a little friendly rivalry!
