2019 MAGNOLIA GOLDEN EASTER EGG HUNT
PRIZE
$350 cash grand prize for finding the “Golden Egg” at an outside secret location in Magnolia, AR.
GUIDELINES
Clues will be posted each morning the week of April 15, 2019 on the Farmers Bank & Trust Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts. To win the prize, participants must follow clues to find golden egg in Magnolia, AR. The golden egg will be outside. Searchers cannot look inside a Farmers Bank & Trust building for the golden egg or ask a Farmers Bank & Trust employee about the golden egg’s location.
Winners cannot be an employee or immediate relative of a Farmers Bank & Trust employee to include siblings, children, parents, or grandparents. Must be 18 years old or older to win. It is not necessary to be a Farmers Bank & Trust customer to win. The golden egg prize can be found any time after Monday, April 15, 2019 at 8 AM. The person that discovers the egg must call 870-235-7047 to claim the cash prize and receive further instructions. Winner must sign Farmers Bank & Trust photo release form to be posted on the Bank’s social media pages.
Upon receipt of a prize, winner is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. All taxes on the prizes as well as any expenses which are not expressly described herein are winners' sole responsibility. Golden Egg may not be transferred, duplicated, auctioned, shared or sold. Should a rule or law be violated, or if, in the opinion of Farmers Bank & Trust, fraudulent or improper methods were used, the participant will be disqualified from any and all winnings of the Contest. By participating in the Contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless Farmers Bank & Trust and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and shareholders from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest. FB&T is not responsible for human error, theft, destruction, or damage to any property, or for other factors beyond the reasonable control of the Contest that makes the continuation of the Contest or the application of the Contest impractical. FB&T reserves the right to amend these rules without notice.
