24 Hour telephone banking allows you access to your accounts from a touch-tone phone anywhere in the world. Callers will be able to check their balances, hear a breakdown of pending transactions, hear a list of checks and other debits in their account, or search for checks by amount or check number, and make transfers. Customers will also be able to hear information pertaining to their savings accounts, loans, CDs, and IRAs. Telephone Banking is upgrading! 

In early September 2019, our Telephone Banking system will be upgraded with new enhanced features.  Please listen carefully when you call as the menu options will have changed. 

Our new Telephone Banking system will make managing your finances easier and more convenient.  Check the balances and history on all of your accounts, make immediate loan payments or schedule funds transfers, activate or deactivate your debit card, and more!

New Menu Options

1. Account Balance: For balance information on checking, savings, CD or IRA, loan, and Christmas Club accounts.

2. Account History: For transaction history on checking, savings, CD or IRA, loan, and Christmas Club accounts.

3. Funds Transfer: To transfer funds immediately or schedule a transfermake an immediate loan payment, or listen to existing scheduled transfers.

4. Future Dated Transactions: For the amount of a pending ACH deposit or scheduled Telephone Banking transfer and the date it will post.

5. Card Services: To activate or deactivate your debit card.

6. Change PIN: To change your current Telephone Banking PIN.

7. Bank Information: For information about our branch locations and hours of business.

8. Overdraft Services: To opt-in or opt-out of our Bounce Protection Overdraft Service program for debit card and ATM transactions.
